  • temperature: 212°F/100°C (or slightly lower for darker roasts)
  • grind: Medium-fine

Preparation

  1. Insert the filter paper into the V60 and rinse it thoroughly with hot water to remove any paper taste and preheat the brewer
  2. Discard the rinse water
  3. Add the 15g of ground coffee to the filter
  4. Use your finger or a spoon to create a small well in the center of the grounds
