- temperature: 212°F/100°C (or slightly lower for darker roasts)

Preparation
- Insert the filter paper into the V60 and rinse it thoroughly with hot water to remove any paper taste and preheat the brewer
- Discard the rinse water
- Add the 15g of ground coffee to the filter
- Use your finger or a spoon to create a small well in the center of the grounds
