Pull & Pour Coffee's flexible go-to V60 framework. Three pours — a 3× bloom and two equal main pours — with progressively gentler swirls. Scales cleanly from 12g all the way up to 30g of coffee.

Preparation

  1. Heat water to 205–210°F (96–99°C)
  2. Place a paper filter in the V60 and pre-wet it with brew water to remove any paper taste and preheat the brewer
  3. Discard the rinse water
  4. Grind 20g of coffee medium to medium-fine and add to the filter
