  • Espresso — Double Shot
  • Steamed milk — 3 oz
  • Microfoam — 1 oz

Instructions

  1. Pull a shot of espresso
  2. Steam milk to create microfoam
  3. Pour milk into espresso
  4. Top with foam
  5. Serve immediately

Tips

Perfect cappuccino is not as hot as a latte, but it should be warm to the touch.
