Ingredients
- Matcha powder — 2 tsp of First Flush Matcha
- Sweetener — 1 tbsp of sugar
- Milk — 8 oz of your preferred milk
- Condensed milk — ¼ cup
- Heavy whipping cream, cold — 1 cup
- Cream cheese — ¼ cup (softened)
- Sugar — 2 tbsp (adjust to taste)
- Ice — As needed

- Immersion blender
- Whipper connector
Instructions
- Sift matcha powder into blender.
- Add milk and sweetener and blend until smooth.
- To make the cheese cream: use a chilled mixing bowl.
- Add condensed milk, heavy cream, softened cream cheese, and sugar to the bowl.
- Use immersion blender to mix until well combined.
- Switch to whipper connector and whip until soft peaks form.
- Fill a serving glass with ice.
- Pour the matcha mixture over ice.
- Top with cheese cream and serve immediately.
Tips
Sift matcha first to avoid clumps. Whip cream only to soft peaks for a light topper. The cheese cream should be light and airy - don't over-whip or it will become too dense.
