- Coffee beans — 50-57g
- Filtered water — 780g

Instructions
- Heat filtered water to 201-205°F
- Grind coffee to drip-medium (Fellow Ode Grinder Level 6-7)
- Place Chemex filter in brewer and rinse with hot water
- Add coffee grounds and make a small well in the center
- Start with 100g bloom pour, wait 45 seconds
- Continue pouring in circular motions, maintaining water level
- Total brew time should be 5 minutes
- Remove filter and serve
