Ingredients
- Fresh cranberries — 2 1/4 cups
- Raw sugar — 1 cup
- Water — 1 1/2 cups

- Fine mesh strainer

Instructions
- In small saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water
- Bring to a simmer (without stirring)
- Simmer until sugar dissolves and cranberries break down, 12 to 15 minutes
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature
- Strain through fine mesh strainer into heatproof bowl, pressing down on solids
- Discard solids
- Store in Chubby Bottle in refrigerator
