  • Coffee beans — 18-20g
  • Water — 30-40ml

  • 58mm Portafilter
  • Tamper

  • Opus Grinder

Instructions

  1. Grind coffee beans to fine consistency
  2. Tamp grounds evenly in portafilter
  3. Extract for 25-30 seconds
  4. Serve immediately

Tips

Use rested coffee beans two weeks past their roast date and maintain consistent grind size.
