Instructions
- Heat water to 204°F/96°C
- Grind coffee to medium-fine (Fellow Ode Grinder Level 4)
- Place F70 filter in brewer and rinse with hot water
- Add coffee grounds and create a small well
- Start with 50 gram bloom pour, wait 30 seconds
- At 45 seconds: Pour 80g in slow, steady spirals maintaining water level. Don't touch the sides with the water.
- At 1:30: Pour 80g in slow, steady spirals maintaining water level. Don't touch the sides with the water.
- At 2:15: Pour remaining 60g to reach 270g total
- Total brew time should be 3:45 (3 minutes 45 seconds)
- Remove filter and serve
Tips
Total brew time should be 3-4 minutes. The F70's 70-degree filter creates a 30% taller brew column for thorough extraction. Don't touch the sides with the water.
