- Hot water — 315ml

Instructions
- Heat water to 205°F
- Grind coffee to medium-fine (Fellow Ode Grinder Level 5-6)
- Place V60 filter in dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add coffee grounds and create a small well
- Start with 50 grams for bloom pour, wait 30 seconds
- Pour in slow, steady spirals from center to edge
- Maintain water level 1cm below rim
- Stop at 315ml of water
- Total brew time should be 2:30-3:30
- Remove dripper and serve
